Strongly recommend FairWay Carpet Care. You can save really yourself the aggravation of dealing with anyone else. The company was professional, competent, reliable, reasonably priced, extremely easy to deal with. I was a little skeptical that they could quote my job over the phone (I didn't know my exact room dimensions, etc.). But they really did - no effort to up-sell me on arrival. Just do your best to give them the information they need and they will give you back what you are looking for. Most important, they did a great job on the carpets. They were completely committed to my satisfaction. You can tell this company is different than the others, just by talking to them on the phone.
