FWM Laboratories, AKA FCS Health Products, has scammed me out of $83.57. They promised a trail shipment, but billed my credit card. I returned the "trial" order with a RMA number, they refunded me, and I cancelled my orders. Three days later I received a second shipment and I returned the second shipment as "return to sender", but received bill for it. When I called they would not refund my second shipment as they did the first. They keep saying it was not within the 30 days. It was shipped Jan 20, and I called Jan 13 and cancelled! How can these people be shut down? How can we stop this??
