unlike that proud wife of a marine, im not telling people that they are a victim of their own stupidity. this company sux. i called to cancel and return in the time period. they gave me a rma but my next order had already proccessed, didnt ship but porccesed. so i had to wait for the second shippment to return. i told the phone rep and that was just fine because i called b4 the 30 days. well i got my shippment late and it took me a week or so to send it. bottom line the next SUPERVISER i talked to said the last rep was wrong and i would have only recived 1 total credit. even though i was issued 2 rma's at the same time. i filed a dispute with my bank because not only did they not give a credit but they charged me 3 times for 2 shippments.this company is bogus.
