Worst ever in service and they charge additional charges to your credit card months after which you never approved. The "100% risk free trial" means if you decide to return it they "report you to 7 agencies as fraudulent". SWEAR! And you will never ever hear from a live person, lucky if you even get a message machine. The "online help desk" replies with a bunch of we recd' your msg. wait for a reply here's a ticket #, and if you don't respond to that within 24 hrs. (weekend included) they cancel your complaint and you must start all over again! FJR is the FRAUD!
