I see only 1 negative comment, for which the person didn't even use their services. SO, my question is, after 13 basically very good comments, why did they only get a C rating? I sit here now watching 20/20 that says you should not pay upfront (ironic huh?). Great! I just sent my check for $2900 today!! I hope they do what they promise. Fixed rate below 5%, lower my principal and monthly payments.. is this too good to be true? I will keep you posted.
