I was contacted by FHA All Day. I spoke to a loan officer and they offered me to get a princple reduction and to get me into a fix rate for 30 years. The fee was $ 4000.00. I was very leary at first but decided to go a head with it. It took about 60 days and I finally got a letter back from my lender with the full amount of what they offered. I would recommand them to anyone.
