They collect payment immediately then stop communicating altogether after a month passes - maybe hoping you have already paid your credit card and can no longer request a refund. Try calling them to place an order instead of ordering online. You will never get a real person, only voice mail. This should be your first clue to avoid this company. Unfortunately, I was in a hurry and didn't do my homework.
