Being that I can not see your Full name or order # it is kind of hard to answer your concerns here.
On occasion we do have items that go on back order and we notify our customers of that in the event it happens.

We deal with a large volume of first responders and government agencies on a daily basis.
As for the phones yes they stay very busy. As for Emails if you send an email and then send 3 or 4 more in a short time frame they will automatically move to spam. We have added as of April 1st 2015 a LIVE CHAT option that is run by our in house customer support staff.
