Shannon, In reference to your concerns. All of our products are tested and approved by a quality assurance team before they are shipped out. We have improved our customer service by adding LIVE CHAT effective 4/1/2015. Unfortunately 99% of the time when a customer states what you are they improperly hooked up the unit short circuited something. I can not see your particular order because you did not post your name or order #.
