Thank you for your positive comments towards our company.
In this day and age it is nice to have customers go out of their way to make positive comments. Typically all you see in the public forums are negative comments not positive ones.
We are now up to around 100,000 customers annually so while we try our best t give everyone 100% service sometimes things can get quite busy.
