I would never order from this company ever again! I had ordered some items back at the end of April this year, and two of the items I ordered were missing. As soon as I received the shipment, I sent an email on 5/2/2010 about the missing items. I was never contacted. I waited about a week, and never received anything from them. I called them and left a message (since no one bothered to pick up the phone for customer service). Waited. Never got a response. Called back AGAIN, about a week later. No one picked up. Left a message. FINALLY someone called me and said he was going to research what was going on with the missing items, and he would call me back. NEVER called back. I called AGAIN and left a message. No one responded until about a week or two LATER and said they were FINALLY sending me the items I had ordered, without explaining why they never contacted me or told me what was going on with the items. It took over a month to get those items, with me making more than twice the effort to contact them than they did with me. I don't appreciate companies that don't care about their customers and take a over a month to contact them to see if they can get away with sending only part of someone's order and keep the money for the other items the customer paid for. Horrible experience. Would not reccommend to anyone.
