This year I ordered my Halloween costume from Extreme Halloween. I wasn't sure what I wanted so I called one of the customer service reps to help me. We talked about the look I wanted to achieve and she gave me some great suggestions.
I placed my order and they sent me the costume. There was an issue with delivery, but that was UPS fault, not Extreme Halloween. The stupid UPS driver refused to drop off my costume without a signature even though Extreme Halloween didn't have it as a requirement. Apparently, it's up to the driver's discretion.
Even though it wasn't their problem, Extreme Halloween rep listened to my problem and made a suggestion that I change the delivery to my workplace. It worked! I got my costume on time despite the UPS issue.
Extreme Halloween went above and beyond. I would definitely use them again
