My wife and I purchased a sectional sofa and a recliner here almost a month ago from today's date. After we paid it off we were told their delivery department would contact us for a delivery date. A week passed before we were ever contacted and they tried to set it up for a delivery date that was about 2 weeks out. Having just moved into a new apartment and with 3 kids she tried to see if they could do it any sooner. They supposedly spoke to a manager or someone and agreed upon a date only 2 days earlier. Having no choice we settled.
That day came I left work early to ensure someone would be home to receive the furniture. The time passed and no one called or showed up to deliver the furniture. I called and no one answered. My wife left two voice messages which to this date have not been returned. I have left two voice messages which also to this date have not been returned. The original delivery date passed and again no call no show with the furniture. No one answers the delivery department phone number. I called the showroom where we purchased the furniture and get the runaround, saying it's not their issue, that the furniture and delivery receipt is in the delivery departments' hands. I've called and called but still don't get any reply.
I still don't have my furniture. I called the show room today and spoke to the manager and explained the aforementioned (above) and was told that my wife was obviously mistaken on the delivery dates (I know better than that) and that I need to speak to the delivery department. They offered no further assistance and won't look into it. I'm calling tomorrow morning when the delivery department opens and demanding delivery of my furniture within 24-48 hours or I'm taking legal action.
DO NOT SHOP AT THIS STORE!!!
