This company, owned by Bryan Nichols, has horrible customer service and questionable ethics. They were unresponsive to my repeated queries about how to stop the automatic funds withdrawal from my account. After months of trying (and getting charged for my cancelled membership), I talked to my bank, who said they could not stop payment unless I have something signed that proved that I had contacted him. So, I sent a registered letter, signed for by Mr. Nichols. Two months later, I am still being charged. Now, luckily, I have the proof needed to stop payment. Regardless, this shows the lack of business ethics employed by Mr. Nichols.
I would NEVER recommend this company, period. I would give them zero stars (but the program doesn't allow that).
