If I could rate zero stars I would. I bought a suit 14 days ago, before a trip. Went on trip, didn't wear suit, it was too big, came back from vacation and tried to return suit with receipt, tags on, in original bag. Not only would the not return the suit, they wouldn't even exchange the suit or give me store credit. The suit is still prominently displayed in store, not on sale. This makes no sense to me! To make matters worse, the clerk, Regina, kept calling me sweetie. Last I recall, retail was still considered customer service, and that was not good customer service. I have also called the corporate office and sent an email, but have gotten no response. Upon further investigation, I see that the company filed for bankruptcy in Feb of '09. Well it is very clear to me, why they are going bankrupt.... horrid return/exchange policy and horrible customer service.
