Broken Promise of Refund Policy

Evergreen Entertainment Group LLC ran a promotional project with their daughter company "ADW GAMES". The product I ordered from ADW Games was billed to my credit card as Evergreen Entertainment Group LLC. Later, the employees of ADW Games began to publicly berate and swear at the customers in an online, public comment section. The company has broken refund promises and has since vanished. Attempts to contact Evergreen Entertainment have been successful, but they refuse to honor their refund promises. They do not deny their connection to ADW Games. At last update, 4 months after their refund date promise, they have still refused refunds to all 200+ customers of the project.
