We've been trying for months to get work done on my mom's roof. After two phone calls, my mother arranged for someone from this company to come look at her roof in April. (Her home has sustained substantial ceiling damage due to rook leakage.) She reported that the man who came out was businesslike and polite and told her an estimate would be mailed to her and faxed to us. Neither was forthcoming, despite two follow-up phone calls we made. Each time we were told the report would be re-faxed (though we'd never received a first fax nor had my mother received the mailed copy.) The last conversation with someone named Luis, the bid was to be faxed to us before mid-May. We were also given a contact phone number at which to reach him. Today (nearly July) we attempted to phone the number given to us by Luis to inquire one last time about the missing estimate. The person who answered the phone had no knowledge of either the company or Luis. Despite the high rating given by BBB, this company seems not to be at all reliable.
