Renters Beware

Salvador Lopez property manager is aloof, inconsiderate, unprofessional and treats renters like they are kids. Quality property management for working professional adults.
I have 750+ credit score and pay all rent on time. Sal treats me like trash.
If you rent from this property company expect your place to be “inspected” for one reason or another a minimum of once a month. Don’t question them they or they will threaten to pull a 3 day eviction on you. Oh and YOU WILL GET A RENT INCREASE ONCE A YEAR.
Terrible customer service and communication. I’d give them 0 stars but I can’t.
They charged me $75 to fix a old stove in my apartment without my consent. These guys didn’t even have the nerve to tell me they were charging me for the repair or ask for my pre-approval. (I haven’t been charged for any basic maintenance request before this one) But this time they decided to slap the $75 on to my rent at the end of the month like it was nothing.
Sneaky, crooked and unethical.
I’ve had “something” wrong with my apartment every month since I moved it. Seems a high rated property management company would have higher attention to detail.
Our building is older and needs a lot of minor repairs.
Another example: We have a fountain in the court yard that leaks more water than anything I’ve ever seen before. A blind man could tell you the fountain leaking is a major issue. Someone from our building has to fill it at least 3 times a week to keep the pump from burning out. Been over a year and they haven’t fixed that or even looked at it. But they send someone to clean it out once a quarter.
Rent from other property management companies in the Long Beach, these guy are a waste of time to talk to and have very poor business practices.
