Unsatisfied customer here. My case is not different from those negative comments left here. The same MO, initial repair estimated low online, they raise the quote to double because they find something additional, (you refuse), they lower it 15% if you pay by check or Zelle, (you okay the repair), they tell you that they are already repairing (You pay and they cash the check )…. then they tell you the part is in back order with ET time ... But they picked the wrong client to scam HERE, I have every intention of shutting down this place after after my experience and reading all the reviews using class action lawsuits. (I start to add other clients with similar experiences to a legal petition at no legal cost for those who join), I bear the cost and I do it for sheer fun because I don't like being robbed.
