I thought I would share some facts regarding my own high risk pregnancy.
I have a ventricular peritoneal shunt, an implanted device within my body. During the seventh month of my first pregnancy, it failed to function properly, and I developed a severe headache. After being in the hospital for two to three days, I was sent home by my obstetrician. He told me to sleep sitting up, so that my shunt could drain the spinal fluid from my head.
That was thirty years ago. Back then it was hard to obtain an adequate amount of support from a pillow. I wish that I had enjoyed access to your Oxygen pillow.
