I am not sure if the apartments I rent are from this company [it is Empire Properties though]...so hopefully it is..
because..
I really do love my new apartment in Sherman Oaks..It's the best, I pay a little more than 1k a month, for high vaulted ceilings, a nice little balcony, and a really cool manager who let's me decorate my balcony with plants and festive lights...
really awesome. Because I had previously rented a place in NORTH HOLLYWOOD, for $400 more, no balcony, and the rudest most obnoxious manager couuple ever!
