If I could give them no stars I would. Horrible experience with this company. I rented tables and chairs for my sons 2nd birthday party. Pick up time was 8:30pm. The drivers did not arrive until 10pm! I was out in the cold with my 2 year old son who was already sick. I kept calling Erin (the owner) to see where the drivers were at. She kept giving me the run around saying that her drivers were already there, then said that the gate to get into the park was closed (which the gate closes at 9pm so I don't know how that's possible) , then they ran out of gas, so I had to wait even longer. I was calm the whole time until I asked her if I was going to get reimbursed for a small amount, because they were an 1 1/2 late! Erin then replied that she was going to charge me an additional fee, because her drivers were wasting gas and they had another event they had to be at. Not my problem. She then tried to tell me to move all the tables and chairs closer to the street to make it easier on her drivers. WTF? I ordered 20 tables and 160 chairs! This lady is super shady. She was nice in the beginning then turned into a B*****. I used them for my sons 1st birthday, so thats why I used them again. After this incident I will NEVER rent from them again! Do NOT rent from them!
