Dishonest

They sent a technician who moved a dehumidifier from another location in the kitchen to in front of the kitchen sink where it broke tiles on the floor. When we reported the damage, they denied that they ever placed the machine in front of the sink. We have four witnesses that can confirm it was placed there. They told their technician that he could not discuss this with us, when we called to confirm. They entire company is cryptic and something is very fishy about their business. When you call to get information re: address, insurance, legal department, they will not give any information. I would give a O star if such existed.
