I had a very bad experience with this agency place. They sold fake insurance policy to my family, causing my license to suspended and I had to pay the other side with the moneys out of my own pocket. They have very bad and rude costumer service toward me when I asked for help. The never answer their phone when I called, and never response to me unless I called them again. The owner was never free to speak to me. The representative didn't care about my problem and even ignoring me. Over all they’ve caused a lot of stresses and moneys toward my family because of their negligence, and being irresponsible to what their staff has done. I would suggest you to think very hard and long before wanting to have a business with this agency. I hope I can help a lot of people from running into the same problem as I had in the past.
