Ordered a silver painted electric golf cart, should come with extra paint and in 3-5 business days after paying for shipping. Shipper couldn't deliver because we didn't have a forklift at our house! Delivered 3 days later with the 6 batteries falling out from the rusted and corroded frame, leaking battery acid and tilted with a note on the battery that says "DO NOT TIP" and with a white roof, not silver, rubbed off paint from the cardboard they put around it in shipping and no extra paint! Called Electric Cart Warehouse on Monday 8/24, when it arrived in this condition.
It's Friday and we have no solution. They expect me to repaint the rubbed off paint and the roof, the roof paint is an upgrade that was never offered, and they sent out a welder yesterday to see if he can weld the frame. Now today they want a written proposal from the welder, which he sent, and I'm still waiting.
I have been passed to 3 different people at Electric Cart Warehouse without one of them telling me they are referring me to someone else--they just don't return my call.
Isn't the right thing to come take the unacceptable and unusable golf cart and deliver one that I ordered that runs? Instead, they want to give me the run around for what is now 2 weeks and heading into the non-golf cart season!
Bad Electric Cart Warehouse. Bad products. Bad service. Bad business practices. I do not recommend you purchase anything from this company.
