Well as you know this is a mortgage consulting company and they help get you modifications and keep you out of foreclosure. In saying that, dealing with foreclosure is a very time sensitive matter. I had plenty of communication with this company in the beginning when I first started this journey but once they received my retainer on December 1 2008 I didn't hear from them again. I had to constantly call and send threatening emails in order to get any resolve, Ibegan working with this company in November . Then I was told to resend all the info that I had sent because it needed to be dated for the new year but I need the mortgage company to know that this process has been goin on since last year and I'm not just sitting on my hands. I have had a really bad experience with this company and I called myself doing my homework by checking with the bbb. They suck in my opinion.
