Dear Mrs. mellyg,
If we may suggest in the future when ordering four USED tires you take into account that it is best to have ONE primary person in charge of the order/purchase. Unfortunately in your case we were forced to deal with 3 to 4 different people on your order. From your husband, to your father, with you, and whoever the gentleman was that you showed up with on 3/14/2011, BEFORE the date of promise. Or may I also suggest that your lines of communication open to each other if all of you choose to be involved in the purchase.I believe this to be the main reason for the complication to your order. Please remember that it was our decision to refund your money although we did in fact have your order of your used tires in stock on the date of promise of 3/15/2011, because you yourself made this transaction a little more complicated and dramatic than a small shop like ours has the energy to deal with. We would also like to wish you the best of luck in your next tire purchase!
