I was sold a used car by Mark Gracia(Owner). My registration paper work didn't get started until 5 months later. During that time I had received a ticket for no license plates and no registration. Mark covered the license plate, so when the police officer ripped off the card board that covered license plate, I was driving my mom to therapy and was so embarrassed. A whopping 7 months after I purchased the car, I finally received the registration and tags with letter asking me to return a check for $25.00 because they miss calculated the amount for DMV/Reg fees on sales contract.
The car came with bent rims with the wrong size tires. I paid for new tires & went back to his car lot to speak to Mark & was given the run around by office staff. I was handed his business card & told to call him on his cell phone to speak to him directly, I walked out of office & immediately called number on card only to reach the exact employee who had just 1 minute ago handed me the card. I asked employee, "Why did he say Mark's cell phone number was on the card, when it wasn't?"
Employee replied, "Mark doesn't like us to give his cell number out". I asked why did he lie? Employee replied, "I didn't know what to say". I asked employee to have Mark Gracia call me, when he arrived back in the office. I called everyday after that & Mark never returned my call. I will now be there every morning until all is corrected.
In life people make two major purchases. 1) Home 2) Automobile In-which should be an exciting and proud moment. In my case it was quite the opposite........
