Besides having top-notch quality products at very reasonable rates, this company has fantastic customer service. I had a question about my charges (it seemed I was double charged - but that was because of my card, not Inspired Silver) and sent an email Sunday night. I received a response email from the company by Monday morning and it was an actual person - NOT an automated response.
My first dealings with Inspired Silver were in Aug 2005 and were cut and dry - I had no issues and needed no assistance. After my recent experience with their PROMPT attention to my questions, I do believe I'll be shopping a lot more frequently with them!
Inspired Silver is the best!!
