The website ordering procedures are confusing at best. I placed my initial order and began the checkout process. During this process I was offered additional/upgraded products. There is NO ORDER CONFIRMATION PAGE prior to submitting order and I inadvertently double ordered the product. I had no idea what I ultimately ordered until I received the order confirmation email. My $25 purchase became $98 with the double order and when the shipping cost quadrupled.
I called 5 hours later when their offices opened to cancel the order and was told I had to wait 24 hours because their system had not even received or processed my purchase. I called back 24 hours later and the product was already being shipped and my credit card had already been billed.
The customer service representative talked over me, got irate with me, and put me on hold for several minutes. She came back on the line and told me she was able to stop shipment and gave me a cancellation number. She also told me it would be 3-5 days to receive the refund. As I asked to speak to a supervisor, she continued to be irate with me and would not transfer me until she was finished with her rant. I then spoke to a supervisor and he was no different. He said there was a running total at the bottom of each page but I did not see that at all. A final order confirmation page was never shown to me during the checkout process. With a final order confirmation page, all this could have been avoided. Customer service is also deplorable. To make matters even worse, they contacted me the next day wanting to confirm my billing address.
Run Away!
Comparable products are available through amazon.com at a comparable price without the worry of being scammed. I wish I could give less than one star...
