Hi I need some help with getting no customer satisfaction and ripped off for 265.00 to be told I did my job.I went to East coast cycles on 4/4 after having trouble with a scooter I bought on-line.It had a charging problem and I am a mechanic myself and changed everything possible to get it working I changed the stator 2 weeks before I brought it to east coast and the owner told me that if I changed the flywheel he gaurenteed it would solve my problem and gave me an estimate of 175 bucks so I gave a 100 dollardeposit with 75 balance.On tuesday they called and said it was ready but they had to change the stator and pick-up coil which nothing was written on the receipt that they raised to 165.00 balance.I drove it home and said well if it is fixed ok but driving home it started to over heat because the machanic never bled the water from the hose and the next day it broke down.I was so pissed cause when I went back there and told them that the scooter still wasnt charging they told me it was and that there job is done.No satisfaction so now I am sitting out side his shop with my van all written on and I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!! Times are hard for these guys to just think I am gonna donate almost 300 dollars to their bad service and forget it.NEVER I will ride all over florida with my van like it is. I WILL SEE THEM IN COURT !!
