This company does not honor rebates. Instructions required one to copy all documentation before sending for rebate. Rebate forms were sent but a small discrepancy between an order form and a proof of purchase form caused a $100 rebate to be denied. When I inquired about sending the backup copies with the correct information I was told that the rebate could not be resubmitted. When asked why I should make a backup copy if one cannot resubmit, no response was given. I think the rating on labbb.org and here is a clear response to their business practices and customer satisfaction.
