Thinking that spending 60 dollars on a rent list would give me access to more desireable properties in my price range, I agreed to pay the amount to ezrentlist. After printing the list of properties, with none having photos, I decided to travel from the san francisco bay area and visit some of these properties in Pasadena and surrounding areas. What I found were properties that should not be listed on a free list site like craigslist, let alone a site where you pay 60 dollars. Every place I visited was old, rundown and in the less desirable neighborhoods. I rode around for 3 hours trying to find a decent apartment off this list and found none. This appears to be a scam site that does not provide a service equal to the cost. This experienced occured on June 16, 2008.
