Fooled Twice

Fool me once shame on you, fool me twice shame on me. Made the mistake of having them change a belt. Radiator was out of coolant by the time I got home. Top of the radiator had a crack. Took it back. They said they couldn't have caused the crack. They showed me what they had done to put the belt on and the end of the handle of the wrench was exactly where the crack was. Filed a complaint with the company and got nothing but run around and no resolution. Cost to me: several hundred dollars. Second time - just an oil change. This time there was a pool of oil in my drive way. Took it back and they had to "order" a part. "fixed" it. Still a pool of oil in my drive way. Took it to my mechanic. EZ Lube had replaced the drain plug with an over sized plug because they had stripped the treads. Have to replace the oil pan .... $300. Never again.
