Based on my experience, I would recommend that you get a price quote over the phone before making an appointment, this people charge by the job, not the hour, a water heater replacement would be so much, a toilet replacement or repair so much, etc. They don't provide a price list for the parts used, and the price includes a one year service agreement membership. they also charge $40.00 for an estimate. which will be deductet if they get the job.
