Very unsatisfued with product and complaint Dept.

I ordered a pair od health shoes but they were too narrow.When I called about returning them they said they don't refiund postage,even tho' I showed them they had refunded postage to others!It would have cost me more to ship them back than I paid for them! They were very unconfortable..the Chinese evidently have very narrow feet?
