I placed an order on 11/21/2016 for Norwegian Knit Ankle Boots. I was suppose to receive this order in 5-7 days, even had this order expedited to receive in time for Christmas. I spoke with 6 different customer service representatives and everyone of them gave me the run around! My check was cashed within 10 days after placing my order. I asked for my money back and they ignored my request, that was in the beginning of January! I finally received my order on 2/28/2017. I did not receive my "free surprise gift" or "free shipping" as advertised, nor did they refund my expedited shipping. I will NEVER place an order with Dream Products, Inc. again! Sincerely, R.
