Order placed on July 24th

I placed an order online for slippers for diabetics, and some sandals. I keep calling the phone number and the order status update line indicates that there is no expected delivery date available, I have spoken with a customer service representative today July 29th, 2014 and she indicated that my order would be shipping today and that I would receive a confirmation number along with a tracking number in my email, guess what; there is no information available. I want my merchandise because I also paid for expedited shipping, how long does this company take to ship products, and the availability of all the items on my order states it was in stock. What's up with this.
