Downey Rentals claims to be committed to offering up to date listings of vacancies so you could find your new home with ease, quickly, and with accuracy. On the controry this business, so to speak, has done anything but that. I have found an apartment now without their help, and am hopeing to get my refund.
Aside from their incompetence, and being open during concstrstion, I was not at all suprised to find that after everything, all the days with with nothing but a ring coming from the other end of the phone I finally said im going down there and im not leaving with out my money. I walk up to the door to find, it will not open. I tried to peak inside, noone in sight. I look around the structure and find a man, ask what happened, he explianed that they left during the weekend and left nothing telling where..... Now if you could call anything a scam...... This business gave me 3 list of vacancy in the cource of 3 months, their lines were always down and if not that my agent was not in. The office had no computers which stuck me odd. They reassured me it was because of the constrution of the building.
