Last night at 11 pm a pipe sprung a leak under our 6 unit apartment building. I called Doug and he arrived within 30 minutes after talking with him. He found the leak and repaired it. My tenants were delighted that they had water for their morning shower. Doug has been our plumber for about 2.5 years now. Always reliable and most important "Job is fixed and complete the first time, every time."
