Be very careful with this company. The guys who sold me what they do actually didn't do what they said, like having there attorneys represent me and keeping me in for at least 6 month's, at least in my case. They tell you what to do and where to go but when something goes wrong then you're on your own right there and then. Also make sure they disclose if there are any other costs involved because I wasn't informed of the extra $350 for filing papers until later. The real problem is there is no one there to represent you once in the court room so you're left there looking stupid if something unexpected happens, like the judge asking you about the specific legal matters of your case and so on. We're not in the position to do any of that. You don't know anything or any better and will end up cutting a deal with the other party cause what was simply suppose to happen didn't and then representatives from DWY will say i told you what they might do or say but what happens when it doesn't like in my case? Your best bet is to hire the proper attorney to keep you in your house until you can figure out what to do. At least having an attorney you don't have to worry about dealing with the court.
