Abusive customer service

I just got off of the phone with this rude California company. Because this web site is abusive in that it requires millions of potential customers to spend minutes upon precious minutes, clicking through multiple paths, and terms and categories and options, even requiring that potential customers complete the entire custom document BEFORE being told what the fee options are, ... I called customer service to ensure the TOS were accurate... after spending minutes with a rep. who only wanted to talk about the product, not the terms of service options and limitations, I asked to speak to a supervisor, Jane, who was far more rude than the rep... she talked over my questions wanting only to talk about her product window, refused to listen to the customer, refused to answer the simple question regarding:"why are you telling me the 7 day premium package full refund policy was CONSIDERED on a case by case basis, when the TOS lists no conditions... it is just a customer satisfaction provision. Then, they would not confirm the correct cancellation email address... the address listed in the TOS is not accurately displayed. What a waste of time... I only need one document printed. To top it off she belittled me, and hung up on me by putting me on hold... with a gasp of air. No I did not use this service.
