We signed a contract, on 4/5/2011, with Divine Developers for expanding our home, with clear clause to "complete" the work by 7/9/2011. The plans were approved on 5/11/2011.
However, all we have been getting is air, "this week" and "next week".
They are not even returning our calls to refund our deposit.
The sales person, and project manager, is "Shawn".
I want to post a negative review, but this site is only allowing me to use 1 star.... but they should be getting a minus star.
