Divine Developers appears to be a reputable company with a good BBB rating and ample advertising. I was fooled. The quoted a price of $5,500 for two cement slabs with bull nose brick trip is in limbo. Getting the Crew and the Forman to show up on the days they committed is an ongoing challenge. We take off work to meet them at the work location and they would not show up. No one would call ahead to advise us or reschedule; they just don’t show up. The Forman (Antonio) would not answer or returns our calls. After 3 weeks of this BS, I attempted to contact the account representative (Ron) who developed the agreement hoping to resolve the issue but he also seldom returns my calls. When the job was complete (according the Antonio), the brick was crooked on one slab and completely missing on the second slab... Its clear Ron did not communicate the design to Antonio; doesn’t seem they communicate well. Since Ron didn’t return my calls, I called the office and spoke to a manager who promised he would resolve the issue and call me back later that afternoon. Well it’s a good thing I didn’t hold my breath because I’d be dead by now. We’re still waiting and hoping Devine shows up and corrects the crookec brick and fished the work.
