We scheduled our move well over 1 month in advance and confirmed 2 weeks prior. When we contacted them the day before the move there was confusion and we then received a call 1 hour later stating that they could not do the move as scheduled. We were stuck! We had obligations with no means to follow through. I can't believe that a company would string someone along and then bail at the 11th hour.
