The very worst promotional product company I've ever had the misfortune to deal with.
For context, I spend over $50,000 a year on these types of products for my clients and have shopped with all the major companies in this market space. I understand production delays and supply-chain issues and am pretty forgiving for the issues that can arise. However, after my $500 order was already weeks late (with no updates from them), I reached out to them multiple times over a period of several more weeks. Each time, I was given either a new date for delivery or a date that they would get back to me with more information. Each time, I waited for the promised date to pass and NEVER got any follow-up of any type. No emails, no calls. Nothing. I would again reach out again and be given another date which would then pass.
After five weeks, I tried again and was told they don't know why my order was delayed or when I would get it. I told them I would be issuing a chargeback. Guess what? I finally got a response by email the next day. "A refund in the amount of $XXXX was processed today. Thank you for your continued business." I'll wait to see if this is actually done. If not, I'm considering legal action in addition to the chargeback.
