The company's refusal to help after we had spent up to $28,000 with their store is a disappointing outcome. We now have an order of what was supposed to be for 800 mugs with the wrong logo! Their resolve was to offer us a lousy $75 store credit and 108 free mugs. $28,000 WAS STILL POCKETED BY THIS COMPANY!! Let’s also not forget the time they have ran us around by refusing to answer our calls or giving us a runaround whenever you can get an actual person on the phone! YOU WILL GET ROBBED IF YOU DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!
