Extremely Disappointed with Service & Attitude

I place an order on a Monday morning for Friday delivery - Needed for a week-end meeting. Paid an extra
$324.21 for expedited processing & overnight shipping. Called Thursday afternoon and was told no problem it will be delivered the following day. Received email Friday saying your order shipped when I tracked the order it said being delivered next Wednesday. Called customer service to verify and they had no explanation why it did not ship overnight as paid for and found out half the order was still in production. If I had not called i would not have known it would be late. I felt customer service did not care which is very bad for a company. Unfortunately I or my company will not being doing any more business with this company plenty of other companies out there that can print, engrave etc. Their loss we purchase over $30,000 of quality giveaways each year for customers & tradeshows as I said plenty of other places to purchase same items. Bad attitude - wake up customer service and try and care - Customers do come first!
