HORRIBLE SERVICE

I ordered 15 custom printed t-shirts on June 29, 20. The order confirmation estimated delivery on July 7 to 8. Today is July 30 and they HAVE NOT EVEN SHIPPED. I contacted customer service SEVERAL TIMES via phone and email. Every time they will say "they are going to check with production" but will never return the call. I was tired of this and insisted on knowing the status of the order on July 21. On July 22 Jerome Gruba from Customer Service said the order was "shipped" and sent me a FedEx tracking number. However, there are NO SCANS associated with this tracking number, and FedEx told me that means the shipping label was created but the order was NOT shipped. So more than a month later, I don't have the order and I am still getting the run-around. I am feeling I got scammed and plan to report this to my credit card company as fraud.
