Took Two Orders and Some Horrible Customer Service to Get the Order Right

The first order I received had not gone through the curing process and the imprint washed off all of the glasses, both in the dishwasher and when washed by hand. I had to contact customer service a total of six times to find out they were going to remake my order for free, which they did. The second order I received was fine, but the poor customer service will likely cause me to never order from this place again. One time when I called, after being hung up on twice already that day, a woman answered accidentally and I was treated to her cursing at her kids at the top of her lungs. Not good, discountmugs.com. Not good.
